Our Celebraton Event will begin at 8 a.m. and run until 10 a.m. There will be numerous caches placed throughout Grant County on the water and in the surrounding area. Caching is optional of course for the event. Group photo will be taken also. There is a boat ramp and no charge for launching. A special giveaway will be provided to the first 30 cachers that show up at the event. Muffins, fruit and water will be provided free of charge. Please note that there is limited parking in the lot near the lake. May want to consider carpooling.
Hotels are nearby in Dry Ridge and Crittenden right off Interstate 75.
The event will be held at Boltz Lake, a 92-acre reservoir located in Grant County, Kentucky. Boltz Lake is a great fishing destination and has: Black Crappie, White Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Redear Sunfish, Blue Catfish, Channel Catfish, Flathead Catfish and Saugeye. State regulations apply to all species . Great little lake to fish has a pier on the shore.
