The posted coordinates at the Elizabeth Harper Stone will not lead you to the cache.
Formula to get to the final stage:
1. add all the numbers together as single digits in the age of the person when she died. Then subtract 17 from that single digit and then minus that number from the North Coordinates.
2. add all the numbers together as single digits in the date of her death. Then add 41 to that single digit and add it to the West coordinates.
These new coords will take you to the cache to the sign log.
