Being an opacarophile (I love sunsets); I would hereby like to invite you to join me for the sunset of 29th of November 2021. The sun will set at 7:23 PM.
While waiting for the sun to set - let us have this Community Celebration Event together! (I don't think this type of event have been hosted in Namibia before!?).
The event site is at the top of City Hill, more commonly known as 3_Circles_Viewpoint.
Short introduction of myself:
My Geocaching nick is Sosionom and my name is Frank Pedersen. I’m 46 years old and live in Norway. My profession are social worker and currently I'm working as a child protection officer.
My love of Namibia started in 2008 when I, as part of my studies, lived and worked as a volunteer in Tsumeb for 4 months. After that I wanted to go back to Namibia and was able to do that in 2015. I have been blessed with the opportunity to visit Namibia every year after that, spending 6-8 weeks travelling all over the country every year, mostly in the wilderness – camping. Geocaching is a fine way to discover new and hidden places, and I have logged quite a few geocaches in Namibia. But still more caches to be found and more of the country to explore – therefore I’m back this year, and hopefully also several times in the future to come.
If you are interested in getting to know me better or seeing picture’s and video’s from my previous visits to Namibia; feel free to visit me @Facebook and @Youtube.
