Come enjoy the beautiful days of spring along the Appalachian Trail.
Event will be held at the Pogo Memorial Campsite from Noon - 2pm.
-Parking area 1 is a small, rocky, gravel parking lot that is normally full by 8am. The blue blazed Thurston Griggs side trail leads directly to the camping area but it a steep, slightly rocky and muddy trail. Parking area 2 is a large, blacktopped area off US 40. While a longer hike, it is leveled better and the usual path most day hikers take.
-Event will be held regardless of the weather.
-Current state recommendations with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic will be adhered to by participants. These may include event size, social distancing, and the wearing of masks.

I will place a few scavenger hunt sheets at the two parking areas in the morning for those without access to a printer. Sheets will also be available at the event coordinates. At 2pm after the event is over we will collect the sheets and award prizes for those who wish to stay.

-Final sheets will be judged on the honor system with verification needed upon demand.
-If using any social media, please tag each picture with #AWITW2021
