As with most puzzle caches, this cache is not at the posted coordinates.
I have a love/hate relationship with puzzle caches. If I don't know what to do, or at least have a cue within 30 minutes, Imma head out. On other puzzles, I've spent hours as long as I felt I had the green light.
Hoping this puzzle will be "easy" and fun.

As others have noted, the solved coords take you to the wrong side of the street. At the solved coords, cross over! If you're still having trouble, you can subtract .004 from the solved North coords and subtracting .003 from the West.
