Geocache Description:

HNY20 - Monkey Mayhem #1

The monkeys have enlisted the help of one of the local baboons because he has longer arms to hide their treasures with. This Baboon has a knack for creating items to help with hiding their treasures that they have never thought of before. Climbing the mokkeys trees will not always be the answer when trying to find and sign these caches. A superior intelect and a good imagination will win the day this year. Be careful in your choice of ways to retrieve these caches and please find them in groups to be safe. Also always let other people know where you are caching.

I came up with this series for the HNY-12 event and I have received many e-mails asking me to put more caches out like this. Well I listened and your requests have been granted these Monkey Mayhem caches have been placed for your enjoyment.

This series of caches were put out for the monkey in all of us. Whether you are young or old everyone at one time or another has fond memories of climbing a tree, swinging from the branches or maybe a childhood tree fort. Most of the caches will be out of reach but, if you use your superior brain power you might just be able to get the cache down without a climb. Others in this series will be within reach but finding them may be the trick. There will be a few that will require a little climbing or a lot of climbing, so please know your limitations and don't take any chances. As I wrote above I strongly suggest doing most of these caches with a partner. The best way to search for these caches is to "Look Up". The Wild Bores and the Winter Warriors will be glad to see this series once again.

These caches were hidden for the HNY20 Event( https://coord.info/GC8CZ63 ). The HNY event is held each year on New Years Day morning. Many cachers attend this event each year. Cachers come from far and near to share stories of their caching adventures and meet other cachers. Each year new caches are placed and publish on Jan 1 so we can start the new year out right. This cache was hidden for the event this year. The name of the cache more often than not has something to do with the cache hide so keep it in mind while you are searching.
