This cache can be found and the log can be signed at any time, however as this is a challenge cache, you must meet the requirements of the challenge before logging as found online.
The requirements for this challenge are fairly simple. Instead of the traditional Jasmer challenge where you must find a cache that was placed in every month since geocaching began until the present, for this challenge you only need to find a cache that was placed in every month for 10 consecutive years. For example, my Jasmer grid is filled from 2006 until the present, so my qualifying years could be 2006-2016, 2007-2017, or 2008-2018.
A couple clarifications:
1. The years must be consecutive. If you have 10 years filled, but they are spread out over 15 years, you do not qualify.
2. Those years must be January-December. You cannot use for example July 2009-July 2019
3. The current year to date does not count unless it is December because you must have the full year completely filled
4. For this challenge you must have found a minimum of 120 caches because there are 120 months in 10 years.
