Cache is not at posted coordinates. That is the High Point in the area with a 360-degree view for miles. It is worth the short paved hike in most weather conditions although it is often windy.
This is a letterbox hybrid which means there will be a stamp in the final container. Bring your own stamp to stamp the log book. It also means that there will be directions and that following the arrow on your geocaching app or GPSr will not be enough to find the container. Follow instructions carefully.
HOW TO FIND CONTAINER ...
On your way to and near the top of the paved trail, you will pass a sign for the Mason Dixon Trail. The trail goes over the top of the High Point mostly on grass with only the very top paved. Note the distances on this sign.

Chadds Ford = ____ miles
Continue to the posted coordinates. Standing on top of the compass rose, as you admire the wonderful view, note the cardinal direction of the following indicators:

From the compass, you can either: A. Start West and follow the Mason Dixon (blue blazes - note reference waypoint) as if hiking to Whiskey Springs or B. Retrace the paved path - until you reach a Waystop marker where the Mason Dixon crosses the paved path. Note the Waystop marker # here. Then start to follow the trail that leads in the direction of Chickies Rock. The trail will quickly veer towards Sam Lewis SP. Measured in feet, (not miles) travel the distance of (Chadds Ford x Waystop #) + (Whiskey Springs x 4). Turn in the direction of the Blue Water Tower and travel the distance of Whiskey Springs. Cache is an ammo can.
