This is the tenth of 12 caches I have placed at the Kiski Lot in Dedham.
The Kiski Lot is a tract of land owned by the Town of Deham and open to the public for hiking and especially favored by those riding mountain bikes. It is not open for motor vehicles. I first noticed this area 16 years ago when I was traveling back and forth to Ellsworth but I never seemed to have time to put out a number of caches. I'm now retired and have found the time. There is a small parking area right off route 1A and then a locked gate. There are gravel roads and side trails if you walk in or, If you like to ride a bike, you're going to like these caches. Not much for scenery, but there are a number of eratics and one trail that leads to a brook with a small waterfall. A trail map can be obtained if you google Kiski Lot. This might be a great series to do if you like to cross country ski or on snowshoes. I tried to keep them all above ground level.
