The original Foot Locker cache was the final puzzle of a 2013 Memorial Day series. However, the final spot had been muggled too much, so it was time to archive and try something new. This container, log and SWAG originally started with the older cache, so if you are the first person to sign the book after 5/3, you are the FTF.
The Riley Creek Woods area is only open from 6 am - 10 pm. This follows all EP geocaching rules.
