Back in the spring of 2013, my kids started trying to explain to me this thing called "Geocaching," that they had recently heard about. They were weren't doing a very good job of explaining it. Around the first of June, I asked a co-worker if she had ever heard of it. Turns out she and her husband had just started caching a couple of months prior as Prytz+1. A few days later we had the school kids at the nearby park. +1 asked if I was still interested, and showed my very first find. I got home, made my account, and claimed the find. That was 6 June 2013.
Fastfoward six years and almost 4500 finds in GCHR territory, and I find my caching getting ready to go to the DAWGS...the Denton Area Wayward Geocache Seekers (TX) that is. I wanted a chance to say goodbye to everyone here before I head out. Since my 6th cachiversary is less than two weeks before I make the move, I figure it can be a dual purpose celebration.
There have been several events here recently, so they know the crowd. Please note, kids eat free and gratuities will be automatically added.
