Geocache Description:

We headed out on a previously unexplored trail that had no caches, the plan was to rectify that.  This cache was placed at the end of our downhill journey.  This is junction of the Gabrieleno and the Kenyon Devore Trail.  Today, we listened to the sounds of the rushing stream we just crossed as we took a small respite on some rocks in a little clearing.

There are many different routes you can take to get here, all will require some effort to get back out.  Always be aware of the native critters while poking around and be sure to bring plenty of water.  In general, the trail is well maintained, but there were a number of downed trees on these two trails we had to deal with.  Nothing significant, but our trail dog needed some extra coaxing once or twice.

The cache is a small camo-ed pill bottle in a typical hide.
