You are looking for a cammoed 2 liter preform a short ways off Steer Ridge Road.
I was hiking along Steer Ridge today and saw this amazing old oak tree. I went to check it out and when I got there, I noticed the amazing panoramic views of Gilroy, Hollister, and Hunting Hollow. Decided to leave a cache so others could enjoy the same views.
This seems to be the highest point of the north end of Steer Ridge. Closest parking is Hunting Hollow and the shortest route would be Steer Ridge trail. However, the easier route would be the Jim Donnelly or Middle Steer Ridge trails. Either way, your'e going to have some elevation gain.
As always, be aware of the dangers in Coe, especially ticks, snakes, and PO. Make sure you take plenty of water as it can get quite warm in the summer. Happy caching!
