Werewolf and Whitespace.. A walk to end all.. Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Madyokel: Time to archive the Event.
Thanks to Everybody that came..
Clare and Astrid those buns where fantastic and just the sugar rush I needed at the time.
The event will still be available to log for any that have yet to do it.
Thank you Andy (Tentmantent) thanks for putting on the previous nights event.. Loved the campsite.
So good to see so many folks and the weather was kind to us when it could have been so different..
I know it was a different sort of event and some didnt like the idea of it.. BUT nearly everybody there had solved the puzzles previously.. and the rest where bewildered by the complexity and had given up hope.... There's always hope as I found out a few days ago..

But my biggest thanks go to somebody who does not cache any more (yet ;) )
Mike Amberry (Muttoneer) whose devious mind created something that caused so many late nights and hair pulling frustration.. All the way through this was great fun!! Mike I think you need to plan some revenge you know you want to.
Hope we all meet again soon..
Happy Caching.

Geocache Description:

01 June 2019, 09:45 - 10:15

A chance for the foolhardy to meet up and discuss what are probably the best puzzle caches created in the North of England.
Werewolf  GC1NH60 and Whitespace GC1AF96. The product of obviously a devious mind.
Mike (Muttoneer) now retired from caching. Honourably adopted by Thetennants.
Meet us at the parking spaces on the moor just off the M62 for a chat! Some of us will probably be going for a walk on the moors after the event.
Many hours have been spent working on these puzzles.. And many years to get to this point.
Hopefully the Cafe Van will be open. But best to bring a brew just in case. Dog friendly event.. Child friendly as well.
But beware. If you walk out onto the moors please come properly prepared.
Suitable clothing and provisions and dont just try to navigate by your phone or GPS, map and compass will help you.
The weather may change suddenly so please be prepared.
Even in a dry summer it will be wet up here.

Oh a final point.. make sure your off the moor before the moon rises.
