A Memorial Event for Dottie
has been postponed due to snow!
The new date is April 13.

Dorothea Ann Nagel, known to the geocaching
community as the "D" in DBRambling, passed away
on November 3, 2018 at the age of 88.
Prior to finding our first geocache in 2007, we were
known to ramble. We would flop open a map,
pick a place we hadn't been, and ramble
our way around discovering the area.
Our caching name, DBRambling,
honors those days of adventure.
Back in our younger days, our rambling included
quite a bit of backpacking. We enjoyed a good 20 or so
hikes along the Pacific Crest Trail. One of Dottie's
favorite spots in the Angeles National Forest
was the Silver Moccasin Trail, which traverses
upward and down through several canyons and
along high ridges passing just behind Newcomb's Ranch,
where I hope you'll join me in celebrating Dottie's life.

Saturday, April 13th
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Newcomb's Ranch is known for their breakfasts
(served until 11:30 AM) and their burgers
(served after 11:30 AM) so we'll enjoy some
good food and some good old fashioned
"blah blah" as Dottie used to say.
Please post any photos you may have of Dottie
with your will attend, note, or attended logs.
They will be greatly appreciated.

Here we go!
