This cache placed for the kids attending 2018's Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day where Mom! works.
Well, okay, this cache is not exactly at the center of music, but it's pretty close. Just up the street, actually. It's a beautiful thing.
Downtown Los Angeles being notoriously difficult for good GPS reception, Mom! has had to give in and handle things a little differently than she usually does.
- Mom! had to get the true coordinates from some hipsy, pipsy GIS program, as none of the readings she took could get her back anywhere near the cache site. You will no doubt experience difficulty as well, especially if you thought you'd be able to park for free nearby for a quick grab. Maybe take the bus or a train to get here. But Mom! digresses. Just accept Mom!'s word that the cache isn't in the street or inside a building.
- Mom! is giving more locational information about this cache than usual:
- The cache is on the west side of the street; the latitude seems to be more accurate than the longitude, so go where that leads you, but make sure you're on the west side.
- Here is a picture taken from right near the cache site. Is that gracious or what? Will that make up at all for the lousy coordinates and the lack of free parking nearby?
- Mom! has never provided a hint before. This listing has a hint.
