Red Head Road stretchs from the Pouch Cove Highway all the way to the intersection of Powers Lane and Mike's Lane in Flatrock. This was an old access road used many years ago that now is partly a ATV, 4x4 road.
This cache is placed near the beginning of Red Head road (The Flatrock end).You can park nearby, just be careful not to block any of the roads and trails.
As can been seen in the cache picture, there are 4 large concrete posts very near the cache site. Not sure what these would have been used for but i suspect they may have been the foundation supports for an old radio tower.
Cache is a PB jar containing a few trinkets and swag. There were also a couple TB's in the cache at the time of placement. This one should be a fairly easy one to locate.
