Welcome to the HD JP Memorial Caches. All caches with a title beginning HD JP - have been placed in honor of our good friend Larry who was a geocaching genius. His finds stand as an inspiration to us all! HD JP was known for the quality and professionalism of his more than 150 hides, and we aim to reflect his values in our memorial to him.

For me, personally, Larry was the honorary welcoming committee at the Third Saturday Events at Capital Ale House. I attended my first event in 2015, and HD JP made sure I stuck around for the entire meeting to get to know everyone. Team K.M.Y. has been attending ever since! He commented many times to us that it was all about the fellowship, and boy was he right. Many thanks to my geocaching friend for making sure I did not leave early that night :-)
Now, on to the puzzle. The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, and you won't need a kayak to get there! This is a typical quotefall puzzle, but that type of puzzle normally has blank spaces indicating where words end. Not this one! That would be too easy. Move the letters from the top of the puzzle into the empty spaces below, to spell out the answer. Use all spaces! No punctuation is included. Have fun, and try to relate the text to HD JP and you will have success. If not, attend the Puzzling Puzzles Event usually held on the first Wednesday of the month. Enjoy the fellowship and solve the puzzle together with fellow cachers!
(The cache is wheelchair accessible, but the distance from the parking lot to the cache is 3/10 of a mile, along the parking lot and paved path. It is recommend that an able bodied person accompany the cacher.)
