Brush Creek Trail Hydrocache Traditional Cache

The Brush Creek Trail Hydrocache is easy to find and describes a Best Management Practice (BMP) to reduce stormwater pollution at this location.  After you read the caches information cards you can optionally answer a question about the BMP.  Record your answer in the log book and when you report the find.  Please return the cache and contents to where you found it. We also encourage you to pick up a piece of trash and dispose of it properly.

Water Quality Hydrocaching is geocaching with a twist! This cache was placed by Friends of Kaw Point Park as an activity of a Stormwater Quality Education Grant from KC Water. Hydrocaching uses the the geocache format to help you learn about how stormwater runoff effects water quality in the MIssouri River basin in Kansas City, MO.  Have fun finding the new hydrocaches placed in Kansas City, MO in October or 2018!
