Charlie, Juri and the Carlton
The Carlton Club was built in 1929 as the third hotel in the holiday place Crans Montana. Prominent persons stayed here during their holidays. So it is provided in the guestbook entry, that Juri Gagarin and Charlie Chaplin rested here, Chaplin came here in December 1969.
So you are walking on famous ground, so be aware of that... 
There is place in the box for trackables and their friends.
IMPORTANT :
Please use the stairway beside the traffic circle beneath the hotel !!! Do not use the driveway to the Carlton !!

Der Carlton Club wurde als drittes Hotel in der Feriensiedlung Crans-Monatan im Jahre 1929 gebaut. Viele berühmte Persönlichkeiten sollen hier ihren Urlaub verbracht haben. Belegt sind u. a. Juri Gagarin und Charlie Chaplin, der im Dezember 1969 hier seinen Urlaub verbrachte.

WICHTIG : Benutzt bitte die Treppen direkt an der Seite des Kreisverkehrs unterhalb des Carlton. Benutzt nicht die Auffahrt zum Hotel!!
