The 23rd in a series of magnetic caches secreted close to some of the many Metrolink Stations around Manchester. This one is actually a micro rather than a nano.
There is no need for you to physically go onto either platform but it goes without saying, please take care, and be aware of the passing trams and buses.
Metrolink (also known as Manchester Metrolink) is a tram/light rail system in Greater Manchester. In 2014/15, 31.2 million passenger journeys were made on the system.
The network consists of seven lines which radiate from Manchester to termini at Altrincham, Ashton-under-Lyne, Bury, East Didsbury, Eccles, Manchester Airport and Rochdale. Metrolink has 93 stops along 57 miles (92 km) track making it the largest light railway system in the UK.
The network began operating services between Bury Interchange and Victoria on 6 April 1992.
This cache is a round magnetic micro container - you will need your own pen. Please use stealth, as the area can get very busy. I haven’t spotted any CCTV but that doesn’t mean there isn’t any!
Hopefully the coordinates and the clue will lock you on so that you can be there and gone in a flash. Please be sure to place the cache back exactly as found, as other similar locations very close by would leave the cache too visible to muggles.
There are 92 Metrolink stations in the network, so if you would like to place a cache to compliment this series, contact Floydsdad for a number!
