Everyone is invited to join the Georgia Geo-Campers for camping and fun nocturnal activities!
We are excited to be camping for the second time as a group at beautiful Victoria Bryant State Park the weekend of June 23th. Some camping geocachers will be arriving on the 22nd to take full advantage of all the activities being planned for this weekend and to discover this unique state park. Thanks to Pilgrims Progress/CSRA Geocachers for assisting with this campout!
Schedule of Activities:
6:30pm - Bring your own campfire food and we will eat together. (too hot for our 'Stone Soup')
7:30pm - Bonfire (we supply the s'mores) and 'around the campfire' games. (TBA)
8:00pm - Jackpot Camper Drawing (bring un activated trackables to participate)
GROUP CAMP INFO:
*PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE PARK!* We have the camp reserved and we will collect the camping fees on site. $30 per tent for two days camping (Friday and Saturday). Parking is available nearby. This is primitive style camping with no electricity. Please pack accordingly. There is running water and a pit privy at the site. Hammock campers, there are plenty of trees but bring your stands/tripods in case you need them.
NOTE:
Please log a "Will Attend" letting us know how many are attending. If you would like to camp with us, include in your will attend note, "one camp please" = will get your camp site reserved. Or, you can

Free wi-fi service is available at the Visitor Center. You can log your geocache finds!
You will need the normal expected camping gear, folding chairs, food, beverages, flashlights, and other items you require. There is a $5 gate fee if you don't have a
park pass to enter any State Park.
