Swedding to the Devil's Bathtub!
Hey there New York! On Sunday, April 22nd, a bunch of "sweddy" cachers from Ontario, Canada, will be in your neck of the woods. We plan to spend the weekend, caching for oldies and other interesting caches in your home state!
We call ourselves, the "Swedding to the Oldies" group, after our fearless, geocaching leader, SWED31. SWED31 has always enjoyed hunting for older caches, and eventually formed a caching group, so that other, interested cachers could join him on his adventures. We now have cachers from all around, join in our our fabulous, group outings, which have taken us far and wide in search of old caches, webcams, virtuals, and whatever else gets in our way!
We will be visiting the Devil's Bathtub to check out the earth cache, and maybe a few other caches in this area on Sunday, April 22nd. We plan to start our morning with a few, light refreshments, and a brief social encounter, from 7:45am to 8:15am. Please feel free to come out and join us, to swap a few stories, and meet a few out-of-town cachers. Bring a few TBs to share, and sign our logbook if you so choose. We look forward to meeting you!
