BS3: Gnarly! (Canterbury) Traditional Cache

I was out for a nice wee walk with some muggle friends from the Uni, and palced this cache for you! Note down the colour you find at the container.

This cache is part of a series that will lead you along the Bealey Spur Track up to a Bonus cache near Bealey Spur Hut.

Each cache has a colour associated with it (it will be obvious once you see the container), as well as a number. This cache is number 3. Please note down the colour and the associated number, in order to calculate the coordinates for the Bonus Final Cache (GC7FHYG) near Bealey Spur Hut.

For some, this series might be a difficult walk, though on the day we came here, we passed many school children having a go. Needless to say, bring lots of water, sunscreen, and bug spray. It could be 4-5 hours return from the carpark to the hut. Some DOC info can be found here.
