This cache is placed to mark our second NZ trip, and our first as geocachers. The idea for a multi starting at Heathrow came to us on an autumn walk in Devon after solving some cunning mystery caches and visiting the odd church micro. We all know how boring it is waiting for aeroplanes at Heathrow. All the answers to this multi can be found before going through security.
The D5 rating reflects the travelling involved between stage 1 and final location.
As far as the physical cache is concerned, please be careful to keep it hidden and waterproof, as I live in Devon and maintenance will be hard, but a local cacher has agreed to keep an eye on it and replace the logbook in case it gets filled up before we return for another holiday.
While you are arriving at T5 Heathrow, collect the following simple pieces of information.
1. On arrival at T5 on Heathrow express you are on level A. Departures are on level B.
2. The BA check-in counter in zone B nearest security north is xCD.
3. The lounge run by the UK-based airline that operates from terminal 5 has one lounge they call "galleries north lounge". It opens at 0E:00 and shuts at FF:30.
The final coordinates are at:
S 36° EA.(B+D)(D+E-F)(E+F) E 174° (B+C)(B+C+E).(B+C)(B+E)C
AT GZ PLEASE DO NOT CROSS THE WALL
