TXDOT Wetland Area Traditional Cache

Would you like to explore a Texas wetland area?  So would I, but too bad - the signs say keep out.  

Sometime back I was driving down these back roads and saw these signs - [TX DOT Wetland Area Keep Out]

I had never noticed them before so I don't know how recent they are.  It of course made me think of where would I hide a cache if I could hide a cache and I did hide a cache.  

Finding the cache will not require a trek into the wetland area, that would violate the posted signs - so this is a basic park n grab. While here I did see a healthy cheerful looking coyote come out and cross the road so at least some one gets to enjoy the area. 

A bit of research shows a topic more complicated than I feel like trying to explain - a type of zoning that allows use of the land through credits purchased that require preservation and conservation of the wetland.  I am sure that will be very interesting to some.  

What I would find very interesting is if any geocacher could think of a way to make an EARTH CACHE here.  That would be terrific.
