Werner Jaisli es un ciudadano Suizo que hace siete años vive en la Argentina y que tiene dos objetivos en su vida: terminar con la construcción de un ovnipuerto en la zona oeste de Cachi, un complejo de trazos realizados con piedras que puede ser visto de las alturas y ser la base de aterrizaje de naves extraterrestres.
