Geocache Description:

The caches in this tributary of the Otonabee River will be available when the water is not "really low." In most cases, if you explore a bit, you will find a route that is navigable.

Mosquito spray may be appreciated when you paddle to this cache.

"Baxter Creek starts in the Ganaraska Forest just north of where Dogan’s Silver Bullet caches are located. From there it meanders northeastward to the trout ponds south of Millbrook and through Millbrook where the old mill is. It continues through Baxter Creek Golf Course under Highway #28 and ends in the Otonabee." (information supplied by Dogan)

There is a boat launch at the end of Whitfield Road N44 12.685 W078 21.279 or at Squirrel Creek Conservation area at N 44 11.062 W078 20.253.
