A nice, simple one and there's not really too much to say about it!
A residential area with a fair amount of traffic passing nearby so be discreet when retrieving and returning the cache.
Parking in the area requires a permit Mon-Fri 9-5 but wardens don't patrol too frequently. Evenings and weekends are fine.
