The path leads to/from the beach to Independance Garden and Hayarkon St. This is the middle tier, if you walk further up the cliff north or south, you will get an even better view, from Hertzeliya in the north to the "postcard view" of Jaffa in the south
Reaching the new gz requires a few meters of relatively easy rock climbing hence the terrain rating.BYOP
