This cache celebrates the launch of 'More Inane Quotes for Personal Trainers', the much-awaited sequel to my previous international best-selling book, 'Inane Quotes for Personal Trainers'.
The following simple crossword puzzle uses some favourite quotes from the first book, which was designed to support fitness industry professionals, and has been created to give your brain a gentle but inspiring workout.
To solve the puzzle, enter the missing words from the clues into the crossword grid. Then use Vanity Code (what else!) to convert the letters in the spaces marked with red letters into numbers to complete the coordinates below. Hints have also been provided for each clue, which I'm sure you will find helpful.
