TK Bar Ranch is the flagship ranch for Maughn Ranches. Forever Living products is a direct sales company, owned by Rex Maughn, that sells aloe vera products, A week at TK Bar is one of the prizes for hitting certain sales targets. TK Bar consists of at least 10 sections of land (a section is 640 acres) mostly southwest of the ranch entrance. TK Bar was named after a Hollywood movie star who bought and owned the ranch as a dude ranch in the 1940s. The beautiful wall was built by Italian stonemasons brought over to the US only for building this wall. The scenery is beautiful with green hills, water canons, and Black Angus cows grazing. It is a working ranch today.
