Busy Intersection Traditional Cache

Welcome to the intersection of Third Branch and Swift Creek.  It may not seem like a busy intersection at first, but you will have to see for yourself.  Once you arrive, pay close attention to your surroundings and may just learn why.

This seemingly quiet corner of Pocahontas State Park is quite busy with many newts, squirrels, fish, turtles, birds of prey, herons, and even the occasional muggles such as fishermen or hikers (and yes, there may be a few snakes, spiders, misquitos and ticks; hey, you're in the woods...it'll happen). When I placed this cache, I was fortunate to have a few minutes of solitude and just watch and listen to the neighborhood critters. If you are fortunate enough to see some of the locals, mention that in your log. Good luck.
