Geocache Description:

“Jericho” was an action-drama post-apocalyptic show that ran on CBS from 2006-2008 when it was cancelled due to poor ratings. It continues to have its cult-following on various cable TV stations.
Jericho, Kansas, where the show supposedly is centered, is a fictional town. It is approximately 47 miles due east of the Kansas/Colorado border, which would put it near Colby, Kansas. However, a map in the series seems to show Jericho near the junctions of I-70 and US 83, placing it near Oakley. Also, an instance of map coordinates being revealed in the show puts the center of Jericho just off I-70 at exit 62 (County Road K), east about ½ mile. For you die hard cachers, you know that the unincorporated tiny town of Mingo, west of there, holds the world’s oldest active geocache.
I once had a cache placed the listed coordinates called, “Not Mingo”. I archived it; and now have decided to bring it back under a different, yet related name. It’s off I-24 at exit 62, in the same spot as the last one was, so now you can log it again. BYOP.
