Road Songs Encore (Paeroa) Traditional Cache

This is a direct replacement for previous cache (GC2XQRH) in the same area. The CO of that is no longer caching so have created a new cache as this is a place worthy of a cache.   It has moved slightly but is still the same container (A 2L ice cream container). Due to water seepage I have changed the container which is now a Peanut butter jar. New log added but all the swag has been left in the cache. Update 27/1/24 now a berocca tube with no swag.

Great views down towards Thames over Paeroa township.

It may now be the end of the road but I understand this was once one of the major roads connecting Te Aroha and Paeroa.

Please note that the last part of the road is metal, narrow and winding. Please take care in case you meet other traffic on the road.
