The cache is accessible from several possible routes but all require a minimum of a 2-wheel drive truck with good mud’n tires but 4WD is recommended to be able to get very close. Without a truck or 4WD, depending on your approach, plan to walk a mile or two. I drove to within 4/10’s of a mile from the cache with my 2WD Ford Ranger. Mark a waypoint at your vehicle or you could be walking even a longer distance. Fairly easy walk through the woods except for the last quarter mile uphill. Bring a water bottle! Cache is a standard military green ammo can, elevation 1698’.
