Arrive at the park at 10:30am to participate in the cleanup until noon.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)

[Lots of construction in the area for the Hwy 92 bypass. The only way to the park is to take Colquitt Street from East Strickland Street (across the bypass access) to Brown Street. Turn left at the stop sign and the park is at the end of the road.
