Esther Deaver lived in a small home, with a huge field for a front yard, which is now a neighborhood park. The park is appreciated by adults and children alike, and is a favorite dog walking destination for many who live nearby. Esther Deaver, who died in 1993, sold the property to the City of Napa so that it could be turned into a park for all to enjoy. What a lovely legacy!
