Geocache Description:

Join us as we say goodbye to Nunavut. For most, myself included, this will probably have been our only chance to visit the territory of Nunavut, Canada.

The event takes place on Monday, June 26, 2017 from 11am-12pm at the posted coordinates. I suggest that whoever wants to go to the event as a group that we meet up at the launch point at around 10am to unload and prepare for the paddle. Bring a picnic lunch or snacks to enjoy as we reflect on the weekend's adventure through this remote area.

You will need to launch your boat from the beach at the end of Route de la Longue Pointe and paddle 2.7km to the island.
