This cache carries on the memory of a recently archived cache, Sultry Savannas. It is the only cache so far on this section of the park and is on a trail to the east of the main parking lot. cache container is a small plastic jar painted in my favorite colors. Follow park rules and be careful out there. a coin and other sm swag in cache.
If you have been on the miles of trails during much of the year the term sultry is very descriptive of the feeling of hot and wet that permeates the ground and the air. The spirit of Sultry Savanna will be felt as you follow the trail into her domain. Keeping this description short to allow your imagination the freedom to enjoy.
