Capital Cache was created for Travel Bugs who need a place to gather just as our elected officials do in the nearby building. This is especially true for Ladybugs but their purpose is a picnic ;) This cache was placed near the Legislative Assembly for the Government of the Northwest Territories. Please drop, trade, and retrieve Travel Bugs from this location.
This camouflaged 3 cup rubbermaid container is placed just off the portion of the MacMahon Frame Lake Trail which passes by the Prince of Wales Heritage Centre and the Legislative Assembly. This trail is well travelled and is a high Muggle area. Some stealth will be required. Tourists frequent this area so it is hoped that they will enjoy this cache and add mileage to any travelling bugs. The cache is hidden just well enough to avoid being muggled but should be a very quick Park & Grab. Be sure to return the cache exactly as you found it. Contents when placed included; A logbook and pencil, An emergency rain poncho, a Winnipeg Jets leather wallet, a lanyard, a TB and various other odds and ends. There is also a FTF prize.
