B is for Birds. Obviously you can tell by our name that we like birds.  Therefore, here is a puzzle that involves birds!  Good luck!

The puzzle:

This cache is located at N 40º ??.??? W 85º ??.???.  To find the ?'s. you need to use the image below.  To find what number is represented by each pictured bird, you need to determine the order that the nine different birds (Bald Eagle, Baltimore Oriole, Blue Jay, Cardinal, Chickadee, Goldfinch, House Finch, Indigo Bunting, and Red-tailed Hawk) were seen based on the clues below:

1) The three birds that are mascots of Major League Baseball teams were seen consecutively in reverse alphabetical order of the cities with which they are associated.
2) Of the two birds of prey, one was seen first and the other directly between both finches.
3) The three birds who have in their name a word represented by the common mnemonic "Roy G Biv" were seen consecutively.
4) The national bird was seen after the state bird of Indiana.
5) The chickadee was not seen last.
6) Of the finches, the one whose plumage indicates it could be a Steelers fan was seen first.

After solving, add .004 to the latitude and .115 to the longitude. Then use the checker.
