Dieser Mann wird heutzutage leider oft auf „Solsbury Hill“ oder „Sledgehammer“ reduziert, dabei wird übersehen, dass er Genesis zur Anfangszeit nicht nur eine Stimme sondern durch seine schrillen Kostüme bei Liveauftritten auch ein charismatisches Bild gab. Seit seinem dortigen Abgang Mitte der 70er Jahre produziert und schreibt er bis heute anspruchsvolle Musik, die sich kaum einem Genre zuordnen lässt, hört mal rein, das lohnt sich! Abgesehen davon ist er live eine Klasse für sich, so perfekt und aufwändig umgesetzte Live-Konzepte sieht man sonst nirgends. Ich hatte bereits dreimal das Vergnügen, ihn live zu erleben, 2003, 2004 und 2014. Bei allen drei Konzerten waren Bassist und Gitarrist dieselben, was daran liegt, dass diese beiden schon seit Ende der 70er bzw. Anfang der 80er mit ihm auftreten. Wie heißt der Bassist mit Nachnamen?

Since he left there in the mid 70s he produces and writes music, that chalenges the listener in many ways and doesn´t fit in a genre, go listen to it, it´s worth it! Besides that he is a class of his own when it comes to live performances, you won´t find such perfect concepts performed on such a high level anywhere else. I had the pleasure to see him live three times, 2003, 2004 and 2014. At all three concerts the bass player and the guitarist were the same, that´s because both works with him since the late 70s.
