Le Bourget Park, an excellent fishing and outdoor area named for Little Falls' sister city, Le Bourget, France.
Le Bourget Park is named for Le Bourget, France where Little Falls native Charles A. Lindbergh landed after completing the first solo, nonstop flight across the Atlantic in his plane, the Spirit of St. Louis. Today, Le Bourget and Little Falls maintain their historic connection as sister cities. Located along the bank of the Mississippi, Le Bourget Park is an excellent place for a quiet morning walk, an afternoon fishing from the docks on the north end of the park, or playing disc golf. The historic Cass-Gilbert Train Depot is located just west of the park.
