Outdoors Cambria Traditional Cache

In the title I tried to make this G. C. unextraoridary--Cambria Outdoors but the title lie would not let me put in this long of a title.  use the wide safe pull out on the south side of the road, the side closest to the cache.  I had difficuly assigning a D-rating--there is no 0.5 so I had to go with gut feelings. 

If you know Cambria Outdoors, you know that he has such a dour personality, hard to get along with, and just a plain nasty person (you know the preceeding is not true.  He does have 2 redeeming qualities--he has a lovely wife and a cute daughter.  He had lived in Cambria for awhile and ran a business dealing with things needed for the outdoors, hence the title. Also, close to being outdoors near Cambria.
