This cache should be a park & grab . Parking within a few feet of the cache. It’s a small micro with only a log so byop.
These Quick Stop caches have been placed to placate those who DNF the nearby P caches. Nobody should go home empty handed. The cache names do not necessarily indicate the difficulty. It refers to what happens to some night speeders who think they have turned onto hwy 90. So: I suggest if you do this one at night you check six for speeders approaching.
This guard rail has quick stopped 10 plus speeders since I placed a container there. Latest happened only a few days apart. Keeps the txdot folks busy replacing the parts and me checking the cache & replacing as needed.
