#001 - Bulbasaur can be seen napping in bright sunlight. There is a seed on its back. By soaking up the sun's rays, the seed grows progressively larger.
If you or someone you want to take geocaching has "Gotta catch 'em all!", then they can stop by this local Pokestop to grab a few goodies while you pick up the cache. Note the mural on the service box used in the Pokestop image. I can't guarantee that you can catch Bulbasaur here, but I can guarantee a cache if you look hard enough.
