Walk This Way !
Our children opened this subway on 28th May 2003. The main purpose of the subway was to make a safer route for pedestrians walking along the A2 Portstewart Rd. Attending the opening were local dignitaries, reprensentativies from Kennedy Quarries, who constructed the subway and Translink who worked closely with the Road Service and Kennedys in planning and helping with the £100,000 scheme.The work was carried out over one weekend and is used daily by local school children and parents. The cache gets its name from the title of the newspaper article.
The cache is a black 5ml screw top magnetic container.This can be a high muggle area so stealth may be required. As this is close to the main road please be careful with the younger geo-cachers. Please replace container as found.
