Joel Halbert Cemetery (AKA Foxhill Cemetery) sits high up on a hill. The earliest marked grave interred on 14 Jan 1894 is Joel S. Halbert son of Joel P. & Susan E. Halbert. He was 6 days from being 21 months old. I'm sure that is where its name originates from. Another cache use to be here but it was archived back in 2010 way before I was caching. I noticed I have at least one relative buried here.
