Growing up, jigsaw puzzles were an important part of our family life.
Once I began woodworking it became a little easier to stump the others by shaping my own, leaving the actual picture for last. I was quickly dissapointed as they learned my patterns and my code. They could eventually tell where I wanted the pieces to go even without a picture! If sizes weren't a factor and the picture was left out, all I had left were my own unique shapes. I learned I'd have to expand my vocabulary and my shapes in order to stay ahead!
